Revit 2017 - Associate Family Parameter Tool Tip

It's the little stuff...

Revit 2017 is missing the tool tip for the Associate Family Parameter button that it took awhile to get. Now it's tool tip-less again.

It makes me sad for that little sneaky button :(

Perhaps that button was getting too much attention at Autodesk.

Thanks for calling this to our attention, Steve. We will fix the issue as soon as possible.

i'm still far more annoyed that they moved the "create parameter" up to the contextual toolbar, AND they removed it from the dropdown of existing labels/parameters. I keep having to remember that it's now it's own (tiny at that) button.... Why...but WHY did they change something that had no reason to be changed.

Is it just me???

Yeah, I think they are slowly working toward eliminating the Options Bar.

a shame, knowing that though, i'm confused why the button is 1/4 the size of the other buttons, and why they removed it from the bottom of the dropdown list to just create a new one if you don't see the one you want.

that said, i'm assuming you'll be out at RTC this year? will finally be out there and hopefully we can catch up a little

keep up the awesome insane amounts of updates/info!

Hi Rob: Can you post a screen shot of this "create parameter" up to the contextual toolbar issue. Is this in a family or project parameters.
