Very sad face indeed! I really wish Adesk would give us a tool to help us push updates to users where an admin can control what get's pushed out to users, not just a tool that shows users that there is an update. Well, not really show them since it doesn't work, but you get my drift :)
Yeah, it reminds me of that commercial about being a security monitor...but not "fixing it"...in this case it's not even getting the warning aspect right.
I thought is is only a problem in Australia I have the same problem here. Autodesk has the annoying habit to start with great ideas and then quietly abandoning it
Is your AAM up to date? In the settings there should be a checkbox that allows AMM to install new updates of itself. Additionally in settings, is there a check in the box to Notify you of updates and new installs?

Yeah, kinda makes me wish Revit was an Adobe CC product..
There was an update to the app today - hopefully everything is taken care of.
