And the issue is still not fixed in the web update. I have a few large projects in 2011 and we are having to modify each sheets properties for author etc one by oneBen MAynoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9240097.post-18433686539385138412010-07-12T16:54:34.397-07:002010-07-12T16:54:34.397-07:00CONTROL + 1.... sorry about that.CONTROL + 1.... sorry about that.Brady Foxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00114032446789640625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9240097.post-14738144073953643022010-07-12T16:50:45.847-07:002010-07-12T16:50:45.847-07:00I did not like how much 'real-estate' the ...I did not like how much 'real-estate' the persistant properties palette took until I realized it the same was as in autocad. +1 toggles it off and on. I just leave it floating and use the handy toggle (until I can get a second monitor)... so far I have never seen this shortcut documented.Brady Foxhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00114032446789640625noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9240097.post-12302580540519054262010-07-12T14:02:40.963-07:002010-07-12T14:02:40.963-07:00I hadn't tried your setup. When I use both I keep both palettes on the smaller monitor. I like being able to have at least 4 views open when using with the smaller monitor.Elisahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07485247835512777639noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9240097.post-31854238437213143872010-07-12T13:40:06.280-07:002010-07-12T13:40:06.280-07:00I posted how to change the location to the right s...I posted how to change the location to the right side in the registry on AUGI @ http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=121164. We are now doing this for all new installs of Revit 2011 via a registry file. This way all new users get it on the right.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04956053365614954917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9240097.post-15641687623239314232010-07-12T07:09:43.423-07:002010-07-12T07:09:43.423-07:00I use in in the same position as you have it in th...I use in in the same position as you have it in the picture. Im actually playing around with the Browser on the right side (as an option), but i dont mind the right justtifed workspace at all.

Reason being: All of the buttons that initiate need of the Type selector are left side of screen. Wall, Door, Component, Window, etc. Then the type selector is alllllll the way across the monitor.

But in training so far, my "non symmetrical" tendancy has not sat well with the Design Core, hehehe.Aaron Mallerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08146075275463175361noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9240097.post-27777700150341151232010-07-12T01:46:31.868-07:002010-07-12T01:46:31.868-07:00it helps having 2 monitors.
