Managing Revisions

Every time I want to edit the Revisions for a project I activate the Manage ribbon tab. It's never there, no matter how many times I try. The Revisions Button is on the View tab and the Sheet Composition panel. It obviously made sense to the development and user interaction team but not me. I think the correct place to access the Sheet Issues/Revisions dialog is the Manage tab. Despite the inclusion of "Sheet Issues" in the dialog name, mentally I "manage" revisions with that dialog. I'd find it quicker if it were on the Manage ribbon instead. I'd be happy if it was either part of the Settings panel or the Manage Project panel.

good point, it is hiding there too. I'd like a dedicated button on the main ribbon.

...and when you get to Manage tab, do you also lift the mouse and bash it down slightly, with a mumbled mutter of frustration? Or is it just me?

It always frustrated me so I added RV as a keyboard shortcut to revisions and RC for Revision Clouds. Much quicker and smoother than hunting around on the ribbon.

I'm with you Steve. Just give me a button that is not buried on the Manage tab. There are things on the collaborative tab that I always took to the manage tab first for.

Perhaps I'm the only one, but I would prefer having the Manage Revisions link right next to the Revision line in the Properties window, as well as under the Revision Cloud tool.
